Ball Game Academy REFUND Policy

Thank you for choosing Ball Game Academy for your basketball camp and clinic experience. We strive to provide a positive and enriching environment for all participants. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Any requests for a refund must be submitted in writing via email to contact@ballgameacademy.com.

  2. Refund Schedule:

    If camp insurance is purchased, a full refund will be provided for withdrawal requests received up to 5 days or more before the start date of the program. For withdrawal requests received between 1 and 5 days before the program start date, an 80% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 24 hours before the program start date. No refunds are given without the purchase of camp insurance.

  3. Ball Game Academy Teams:
    If you have paid more than 50% of your total invoice before the first practice, you are eligible for site credit equal to the amount paid minus 50% + any transaction fees.
    Refund requests must be made before the first practice of the season, a site credit of %50% of the total invoiced amount will be issued, usable for other Ball Game Academy programs.
    If less than 50% of the total invoice has been paid at the time of requesting a refund, no refund will be issued.
    NO refunds or credits will be given after the start of the first practice day of the season. No exceptions (includes injury & sickness).

  4. No Shows:
    Participants who do not attend the camp without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Medical or Emergency Withdrawals:
    In the case of a participant's withdrawal due to medical reasons or emergencies, a credit for a future camp may be considered with a valid medical note. Supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or relevant evidence, must be provided within 7 days of the withdrawal to contact@ballgameacademy.com

  6. Cancellation by Ball Game Academy:
    In the unlikely event that Ball Game Academy cancels the basketball camp or clinic program, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

  7. Transfer Policy:
    Participants may request to transfer their registration to another session (if available) within the same program year. Transfers are subject to availability and approval.

  8. Processing Time:
    Please allow up to 10 days for the processing of refund requests. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  9. Changes to Refund Policy:
    Ball Game Academy reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

By registering for the basketball camp or clinic program, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
